Can I add to or cancel my order?

We strive to get all orders out within 24-48 hours with the exception of Sundays and Federal holidays.  However, if your order has not already been bundled and shipped out, we will do our best to accommodate.

I forgot my promo code!  Can you adjust my order? 

Our customer’s satisfaction is our main priority so if you forgot your promo code, please email us at so we can adjust your price.  You have 24 hours to contact us after your purchase has been made.

How much is shipping? 

We offer free shipping to anywhere within the United States when you spend more than $75.  Otherwise, we charge a flat rate of $10.  For all orders being shipped to Canada the flat rate is $18. 

How quickly will my order ship? 

Our goal is to get our products shipped out within 24-48 hour with the exception of Sundays and holidays.  

Do you offer refunds and exchanges? 

If the product is unworn and in the same condition it was shipped out in, we are happy to refund or exchange within 21 days of purchase. 

How does sizing work?

We realize that our babies come in many shapes and sizes. Tall, short, skinny, rolly polly (our personal favorite!). If you question what size is best for your little biscuit than we recommend sizing up. It is always easier to grow in to rather than to shrink them down. 😉

What is the best way to wash my Little Biscuits fabrics?

We recommend washing in cold water with a gentle detergent on a gentle cycle.  Tumble dry on low or hang lay flat to dry. 

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

First, please take a picture of the damaged item and send to us at  You have up to 21 days from purchase date to let us know.  We will do our very best to make it right and get you a return label sent out as well as a replacement item shipped out.
